Rules for safe and authorized use of Nexus Ads Manager.

Terms of Service

Last update: September 1, 2026.

1. Acceptance and purpose

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Nexus Ads Manager, Nexus Tecnologia's internal panel aimed at employees and service providers previously approved to manage, create and optimize Google Ads campaigns for authorized customers.

By using the panel, the user confirms that they have received authorization from Nexus, that they know their professional responsibilities and that they will comply with these terms, the Privacy Policy, applicable Google policies and internal security instructions. Customers do not access Nexus Ads Manager.

2. Eligibility and Access Accounts

Access is restricted to people authorized by Nexus and must be linked to the role performed. Each account is individual. Sharing credentials, allowing use by third parties, circumventing access controls or using someone else's account is prohibited.

Nexus may grant, change, suspend or terminate permissions when necessary, especially in the event of a change of role, termination of employment, security risk, breach of contract or use incompatible with these terms.

3. Authorization of Google Ads accounts

A Google Ads account can only be connected or administered when there is valid authorization from the customer or their authorized representative. Google's OAuth flow reports the requested permissions. No user should expand scopes, connect accounts or perform actions beyond what has been authorized.

OAuth credentials, tokens, and account identifiers are protected resources. They may not be copied, disclosed, exported or used outside the systems and purposes approved by Nexus.

4. Permitted use

Within the authorized scope, the panel can be used to:

  • view accounts, campaigns, ads, settings, conversions and metrics;
  • create, edit, pause, activate and optimize campaigns and their components;
  • monitor results and prepare reports for the authorized customer;
  • record approvals, changes, alerts and operational activities;
  • perform security, support, auditing and compliance routines.

Actions taken must respect the approved strategy, budget limits, Google Ads policies, applicable contracts, and customer guidance.

5. Prohibited conduct

It is prohibited:

  • access or attempt to access accounts without authorization;
  • use data, campaigns, audiences, metrics or credentials for your own benefit or that of third parties;
  • sell, transfer or share data obtained by the panel outside of authorized hypotheses;
  • create campaigns that are misleading, illegal or contrary to Google Ads policies;
  • change budget, billing, ownership, users, or critical settings without required approval;
  • extract data in bulk without approved operational need;
  • disable controls, hide logs, insert malicious code, test vulnerabilities without authorization or impair service availability;
  • use the panel after suspending or terminating the access link.
  • pass on or re-expose programmatic Google Ads API access to clients, agencies, or third parties as a proxy, secondary API, wrapper, or intermediary service not approved by Google.

6. Approvals, responsibilities and limitations

The internal user must observe the applicable approval flow before publishing material changes. The customer remains responsible for the legitimacy of its products, services, offers, landing pages, materials provided and brand use authorizations.

Nexus operates in technical and strategic management according to the contracted service. Media results depend on external factors, such as competition, budget, quality of offer, market, platform policies and audience behavior. Therefore, the use of the panel does not represent a guarantee of ad approval, continuous availability, lead volume, sales or financial return.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nexus is not liable for indirect losses arising from the unavailability, suspension or change of Google services; of incorrect information, materials or instructions provided by the customer; changes made by third parties outside the panel; or unauthorized use not resulting from failure attributable to Nexus. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be legally limited.

7. Security and incident reporting

The user must protect their devices and credentials, use the required authentication controls, keep software up to date and prevent access from untrusted devices or networks. Any suspected loss of credentials, improper access, campaign error, data exposure or security incident must be reported immediately to Nexus.

Nexus can record activities and review operations for security, auditing, support, contractual compliance and fraud prevention.

8. Privacy and confidentiality

Personal data, customer information, strategies, audiences, metrics, credentials and other content accessed on the panel are confidential and must only be used for authorized purposes. The processing of this data follows the Privacy Policy from Nexus Ads Manager.

9. Google and third-party services

The functioning of the dashboard depends on third-party services, APIs and policies, including Google OAuth and Google Ads. Changes, limitations, unavailability or suspensions imposed by these providers may affect functionality. The user must also comply with the terms and policies applicable to these services.

Nexus Ads Manager is a Nexus Tecnologia tool and is not a product offered, sponsored or endorsed by Google.

10. Intellectual property

The panel, its codes, interfaces, flows, documentation, visual identity and other components belong to Nexus or its licensors. Access authorization is limited, revocable, non-exclusive and linked to the user's role. Nothing in these terms transfers intellectual property.

11. Availability, changes and closure

Nexus may modify functionality, fix bugs, apply security updates, temporarily interrupt service, or discontinue features. Where feasible, relevant changes will be communicated to affected users.

Upon termination of access, the user must immediately cease using the panel and delete unauthorized local copies of data, credentials or reports, observing legal and internal retention obligations.

The customer may request Nexus to stop managing their Google Ads account at any time. After a valid request, the disassociation of management permissions and the return of exclusive control of the account must occur within three business days.

12. Terms Updates

These terms may be updated to reflect operational, legal, technical or policy changes of the integrated providers. The date of the most recent version will be displayed at the top of the page. Use after the update comes into effect represents acceptance of the applicable version, without prejudice to additional communications when required.
